The terms that apply when you use this website.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of crosscode.co.za (the "website"), operated by Cross Code ("we", "us"). By using the website you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.

The website is for information and for contacting us. Nothing is sold or paid for through it.
3. Information on this website
We work to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not professional advice for your situation. Descriptions of our products and services are summaries and may change as they develop.
Nothing on the website is an offer that you can accept to form a contract. Any work, licence or service is agreed separately in writing, including its price and terms.
4. Our products and services
Screenshots of our software show fictional demonstration data; no real people or customers are shown. Features may differ between licence options and may change over time.
5. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including its text, design, graphics, screenshots and code, and the names and logos of Cross Code and Cross Events, belong to us or are used with permission. You may view the website, print pages for your own reference and share links to it. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, modify or republish its content, or use our names or logos, without our written permission.
6. Using this website
You agree not to:
- use the website for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms us or anyone else;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, the server it runs on or any connected system, or interfere with how it works;
- send spam, automated or misleading messages through the contact form, or impersonate someone else; or
- collect information from the website by automated means (such as scraping) for marketing.
7. Links to other websites
The website links to other websites, such as WhatsApp. We aren't responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.
8. Availability and liability
The website is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may change or withdraw it at any time.
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right you have, or any liability we have, that can't be limited or excluded by law, including under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 where it applies.
9. Privacy
How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy notice.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date at the top shows when they last changed. If you have any questions, contact us at admin@crosscode.co.za or on WhatsApp at +27 68 903 8075.
