Cross Events · for churches
Cross Events brings registrations, payments, tickets and check-in together in one place, with kids check-in, volunteer rosters, reports and AI helpers built in. Your team spends less time on spreadsheets and more time with people.

Features
Built around how churches really run events: Sunday-morning simple for your congregation, thorough for the team behind the scenes.
Ticket options, early-bird prices, coupons and bundles. People pay online by card or instant EFT through Yoco or PayFast, or at the door; donations and sponsored places are handled too.
Every ticket has a QR code. Your team checks people in with a phone, sells at the door, and gets an attendance register without any paperwork.
Conferences, camps and courses with sessions. People can pick the days they'll attend, and you get attendance per session and certificates at the end.
Families check children in to their rooms and receive a pickup code, so children only go home with the right person. Leaders see who is in their room.
Serving roles per event or session. Volunteers sign up, swap shifts among themselves and check in when they arrive.
Run a monthly breakfast or a yearly camp as a series. Followers hear when the next one opens, and a season pass registers someone for every event in one checkout.
Message everyone registered for an event, schedule reminders, and send automatic confirmations, tickets and payment links.
Finance, profit, attendance and registration reports, plus a cash-up that reconciles cash, card and online payments per event. Export to Excel or PDF.
One system for every campus, with events, reports and staff access per campus, and church-wide events when you need them.
A built-in privacy notice, consent and access logs, data requests and retention rules, to help your church look after people's information.
Draft an event from a few notes, turn a short note into a friendly message, summarise a report or event feedback, and polish text. You check every suggestion first.
Send a short feedback form after an event and see ratings, choices and comments, compared across events.

How it works
Every church gets its own Cross Events site and database, with your name, logo and colours. Your information is never mixed with another church's.
We set everything up with you, from payment providers to email and WhatsApp, and show your team how it works.
Your team creates events, your congregation registers and pays online, and check-in happens on a phone.
New versions are released regularly. You see what's new and choose when your site updates.
Licences
Every church gets every feature. What you pay depends on your event income over the last 12 months, so a small church pays a small-church price. Pay monthly, or yearly and get two months free.
The first 10 churches to join, or everyone who joins by 30 June 2027 if that comes first, pay 35% less on any tier for as long as their subscription carries on without a break. If your church grows into a bigger tier, the 35% comes with you.
Try everything for a month, free. We set up your site and help you run a real event. No card and no commitment: if you don't continue, your site becomes read-only so you can export everything, and we delete it after 30 days.

Tell us a little about your church and the events you run. We'll set up your site, confirm your tier and help you run your first event.
Coming later: bundle and save. Church website: A website for your church that's easy to keep up to date, designed to work with Cross Events. Church web app: An app for your congregation at your own address, like app.yourchurch.co.za. People add it to their home screen; no app store needed. One address covers all your products, so you only pay for it once. It's never discounted.
Support
When you have a question, you talk to us directly by email or WhatsApp, not a call centre.
Questions, problems and requests go straight to us at admin@crosscode.co.za or on WhatsApp at +27 68 903 8075.
Got a major event coming up? Let us know well in advance and we can arrange dedicated standby support during the event. Standby support may carry an additional fee, depending on the arrangement.
Questions
No. Every licence includes R20 of AI use each month as part of the subscription. If your church uses it all in a month, the AI buttons simply pause until the next month; the rest of Cross Events carries on as normal.
No. Set-up and onboarding are included in your licence: we set up your site and show your team how it works. After that, everything is done from the screens, without technical knowledge.
Online by card or instant EFT through Yoco or PayFast (your church uses its own account with the provider), or in person by cash, card or EFT, which your team records. The provider's own transaction fees are separate from your Cross Events licence.
Yes. Your church's name, logo and colours are used on your Cross Events site and in the emails it sends.

Both. Licences are per church or organisation, paid monthly or yearly. Paying yearly costs 10 months' price for 12 months, so two months are free.
From your event income over the last 12 months: ticket sales and other payments through Cross Events, less refunds. Donations and sponsored places are never counted. Your site tells us only which range it falls in, never the amount. New churches start on the tier for last year's events, from your own estimate, and we check it once a year when your licence renews.
Nothing changes in the middle of the year. When your licence renews we look at the last 12 months, and you move to the tier that fits, down as well as up. A founding church keeps its 35% discount on its new tier.
